11. Payments must be made on this site via Credit Card or PayPal, or in person prior to the scheduled service. Payments made online may incur a processing fee.
     

12. Ben Dessen does not offer refunds for change of mind, or if you incorrectly ordered. ​If a received product is not as stated, defective or damaged, please contact us. If you can provide satisfactory evidence that the product has a major fault you may reject the product and seek a refund or exchange. In the event of a return, you will be liable for the cost of return delivery. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
