Refunds will not be offered for a change of mind, or if you incorrectly ordered.

If a received product is not as stated, defective or damaged, please contact us. If you can provide satisfactory evidence that the product has a major fault, you may reject the product and seek a refund or exchange. In the event of a return, you will be liable for the cost of return delivery.

All refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to five business days for the funds to return to your account.

The Ultimate Pet Handbook can be shipped Australia-wide for $9.99. We also offer express shipping to select regions for $15.99. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 7 business days. Some orders may take longer than 7 business days, due to circumstances outside of our control. We will not be liable for deliveries that exceed 7 business days.
